Eating Your Hydration

Proper hydration is extremely important for your health. When you become dehydrated you can experience fatigue, muscle cramps, and headaches. You may even start to notice skin issues as it is the last organ to receive any hydration consumed and a direct indicator to how things are functioning internally. Simply put, dehydration is when the amount of fluids lost outweighs the amount of fluids taken in.
