Returns & Order Issues
We kindly ask that any missing or damaged items be reported to us no later than 3 days after you receive your order. We value our customers greatly, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do whatever we can to resolve any issues.
Products purchased from a spa must be returned to the spa where the products were purchased.
Returns for products purchased online at sorellaapothecary.com are accepted on a case by case basis. No less than half of the product must remain in order for a return to be accepted. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Contact us at email@example.com to request a return.
